Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our Matterport 3D virtual tour and digital twin services. Can't find your answer? Get in touch.
How long does a virtual tour shoot take?
Shoot duration depends on the size of the space. Spaces up to 100 sqm are typically completed in 1–2 hours. Larger spaces over 500 sqm (factories, hotels, shopping centres) require a half day to a full day.
How quickly will I receive my virtual tour?
The raw virtual tour link is delivered within 24 hours of the shoot. Additional processing such as walkthrough video, corporate skin and custom menus takes 3–5 business days.
Do I need to prepare the space before the shoot?
Yes — a clean and tidy space leads to the best results. We recommend:
- Removing unnecessary items and keeping people out of the scan area
- Ensuring windows and lighting fixtures are clean
- Positioning curtains and doors as required
Our team will brief you in detail before the shoot.
Do you shoot outside Istanbul?
Yes. We provide shooting services throughout Turkey and internationally. We have completed projects in 7 different countries. Travel expenses for projects outside Istanbul are quoted separately at the proposal stage.
How is virtual tour pricing determined?
Pricing is based on the floor area of the space in square metres. Standard shooting procedures are used as a baseline. Complex spaces such as ships, yachts, factories and hotels are priced separately.

The tour goes temporarily offline if hosting expires; it reactivates immediately upon renewal.
Do you offer discounts for multiple locations?
Yes. We offer custom package pricing for hotel chains, retail chains and large-scale corporate projects. Contact us to discuss your project.
Which devices does the virtual tour work on?
Matterport virtual tours work seamlessly on all modern browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) and mobile devices. They also support immersive VR experiences with headsets such as Meta Quest and Google Cardboard.
Can I embed the tour on my website or property listing?

- Any website or CMS
- Real-estate listing platforms
- Google Maps & Street View
- Social media profiles
What is a corporate skin?
A corporate skin integrates your company's logo, brand colours, area shortcuts, information panels and social media links into the Matterport viewer. The virtual tour is delivered entirely in your corporate identity.
Can I get CAD or architectural drawings from the scan?
